Counsel students on study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and career pathways

Conduct personalized one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents

Understand students’ academic profiles, interests, and career aspirations and recommend suitable international education options

Guide students through university selection, applications, documentation, and admissions processes

Build strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and other stakeholders

Stay updated on study-abroad destinations, university requirements, admission processes, scholarships, and standardized tests





Take ownership of student journeys and ensure a high-quality counselling experience from enquiry to admission

Collaborate with the internal team to deliver a seamless student experience

Solid student counselling / career counselling skills

A genuine interest in international education and student success

The ability to understand student aspirations and translate them into practical education pathways

Knowledge of study-abroad programs, universities, admissions, IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/GRE/GMAT/SAT is an advantage

Prior experience in study-abroad counselling, education consultancy, admissions, or student counselling is preferred

A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, HR, or a related field is an advantage
