Role Description
The Founding Sales Manager / Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. As our very first commercial hire, you will drive current customer acquisition, leading end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting and qualifying leads to product demos, proposal creation, and closing deals with road transport businesses.




The role involves closely engaging with transport owners and operations teams to understand their workflows, communicate the value of ITOS, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Day-to-day work includes building and managing a sales pipeline, conducting in-person meetings and presentations, coordinating with product and customer success teams on feedback and implementation, and contributing to sales strategy and processes as an early team member. The Founding Sales hire will also help define best practices, support training of future sales hires, and represent ITOS Labs at industry events and customer sites.
Qualifications
• Industry Domain Knowledge: 4 to 8 years of proven success in B2B consultative selling, specifically within logistics tech, fleet management, telematics, or transport-related software industries in India. Comfort with on-site visits to traditional transport offices and hubs is mandatory.
