AffEx Healthcare is an initiative of the Anjani Mashelkar Foundation (AMF), founded by Padma Vibhushan Dr. R.A. Mashelkar—India's foremost science and technology leader, former Director General of CSIR, and a globally celebrated champion of inclusive innovation.

We are building India's first fully digital, point-of-care, multi-disease early detection and monitoring platform. Built to save lives at speed and scale, our platform screens for 20+ health parameters in under 10 minutes, anywhere in the country.

What You’ll Actually Do
As the senior clinical voice within the founding team, you will shape strategy, validate cutting-edge innovations, and drive health outcomes from the ground up:
Own Clinical Direction: Design and validate clinical protocols for the AffEx platform across diverse deployment settings.
Lead Scale Programmes: Spearhead health camps, field pilots, and large-scale population-level screenings.
Translate Field to Strategy: Turn deep field insights into actionable strategic decisions for leadership, institutional partners, and funders.
Ecosystem Management: Build and manage high-stakes relationships with government bodies, NGOs, hospital networks, and corporate partners.
Impact Documentation: Lead grant proposals, robust clinical doc
