Qualification : CA / ICWA / MBA – Finance

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Oversee the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual), ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
- Ensure the organization adheres to financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
- Manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.

2. Financial Control & Process Improvement:
- Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Continuously improve accounting processes,



including the automation and streamlining of financial reporting and reconciliation procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting cycles.

3. Budgeting & Financial Planning:
- Lead the budgeting process, including forecasting and financial analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with organizational goals.
- Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance, identifying and addressing potential issues related to cash flow, revenue, and cost management.

4. Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor the finance team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering professional development.
- Provide leadership in a high-performance culture, ensuring the team’s effectiveness and engagement.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of finance professionals, ensuring solid bench strength.
