Suyog Rubber India Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturer of rubber moulded components, rubber-to-metal bonded products and elastomeric products serving automotive, railways, industrial and other engineering applications.
As we expand our customer base in India and overseas, we are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can take ownership of new business development and build a strong, measurable business pipeline.

Role: Business Development Head / Manager
CTC :- 10 to 12 LPA

This is a senior management role reporting directly to the top management. The person will be responsible for developing new customers, generating new business opportunities and converting them into sustainable revenue.

The role will focus on the complete business development funnel:
Market Opportunity → Prospect → RFQ → Quotation → Customer Approval → Order → SOP → Revenue

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in automotive, industrial and other non-automotive sectors




- Develop new OEM and Tier-1 customer relationships in India and overseas
- Identify opportunities for Suyog‘s rubber moulded and rubber-to-metal bonded products
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of RFQs and new projects
- Drive enquiries from initial contact through quotation, sampling, trials, customer approval and order conversion
- Develop new export customers and markets
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, exhibitions and business meetings
- Work closely with NPD, Quality, Tool Room, Production, Purchase and Finance to convert opportunities into business
- Coordinate with the costing team to develop competitive and commercially viable quotations
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, RFQs, quotations, approvals, orders and expected revenue
- Prepare monthly business development reports and present the pipeline to the management
- Track competitors, market trends, customer requirements and new applications
