Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager who can drive growth in the automobile and manufacturing sectors, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
This is not just a sales role — this is an opportunity to build and scale business in international markets,
working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Execution
Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive and manufacturing sectors
Generate leads through networking, industry platforms, and market research
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → RFQ → quotation → negotiation → closure
Ensure consistent follow-ups and relationship building for long-term partnerships
2. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities
Analyze competitors, pricing benchmarks, and industry trends
Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1, and industrial clients
Act as the primary point of contact for customers
Understand client requirements and provide customized technical solutions
