Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

Conduct regular field visits and guide the team on sales activities.

Implement effective strategies to improve business performance.

Graduate with 2+ years of sales experience .

Good team management and leadership abilities.

Strong knowledge of the local market.

Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.

Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-oriented.
