Sales Manager, BFSI Industry - 2 Position

Present Digital Rewards, Gift Voucher, Loyalty Program, and Redemption Catalogue solutions to prospective clients.





Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.

Mandatory experience in Digital Rewards, Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Programs, or Redemption Catalogue solutions.

Experience managing technology/API integrations with Banks, FinTechs, or enterprise clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

This is a hardcore enterprise sales role focused on acquiring new business and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should be numbers-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building business through existing BFSI relationships.
