Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader with strong hands-on experience in Sales.
Candidates from either of the following backgrounds can apply:
Australian Solar Industry
BPO / International Process
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating revenue, handling customers, managing after-sales activities and leading a sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate the Sales Team.
Take ownership of sales targets, revenue generation and team performance.
Monitor daily sales activities, KPIs, conversions and productivity.
Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales performance.
Handle customer interactions, escalations and key concerns.
Oversee after-sales and customer support activities.
Ensure a smooth customer journey from Sales → After-Sales → Customer Experience.
Identify opportunities to improve sales,



revenue and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and review sales and team performance reports.
Coordinate with backend and operations teams to ensure smooth process execution.
