About The Role

We are seeking a Specialist - Quality Engineering with solid experience in Salesforce testing and AI-powered Agentforce solutions. The role focuses on validating Agentforce agents, Salesforce customizations, AI-driven workflows, integrations, and end-to-end business processes to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality deployments.

Job Description

The role involves developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for Salesforce Agentforce and enterprise applications, covering functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing. You will validate Agentforce topics, actions, prompts, instructions, guardrails, conversational workflows, and AI-generated responses.

You will also test Salesforce customizations, APIs, external integrations, and business workflows across platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. The role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners throughout the development and release lifecycle.





Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce and Agentforce solutions.
Validate Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, guardrails, instructions, and conversational workflows.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, security, compliance, and business relevance.
Test Salesforce customizations involving Apex, LWC, Flows, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Validate REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, external applications, and third-party integrations.
Track defects through resolution and support release validation, deployment testing, and production readiness.
Contribute to Salesforce test automation initiatives using compatible frameworks and tools.
