Role Description The Sales Associate role at Envision is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective students and families, understand their goals, and present suitable overseas education options and services. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries,



explaining course and university details. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with counseling, admissions, and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for students.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit spoken and written English and the ability to build trust with diverse student and family profiles.
Sales and customer service abilities, such as lead follow-up, persuasive presentation of services, objection handling, and closing enrollments.
Basic knowledge or interest in overseas education processes, including university applications, documentation, and visa procedures.
Proficiency with office and CRM tools, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry for tracking leads and conversions.
