About the Role
We are looking for a Hindi-Speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Malaysia. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, and recommend suitable products or services while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions in Hindi and English.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Identify sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with potential customers and manage leads throughout the sales process.
Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




Follow company policies, quality standards, and sales procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
Hindi speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
Valuable command of English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, business development, or a related role is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and comfortable working with sales KPIs.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Willing to relocate to Malaysia and work on-site.
Must meet the applicable requirements to work in Malaysia.
