Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and manage key brand partnerships across our stores. The KAM will serve as the primary point of contact for partner brands, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building long-term, win-win relationships. This is a critical role interfacing between brands, internal teams, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building:

Own and manage end-to-end relationships with assigned brand partners.
Serve as the primary POC for brand onboarding, day-to-day operations, and business growth.




Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner brands.
Regularly meet brand partners to review performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve issues.
Business Growth & Revenue Management

Track and drive business performance of assigned brands.
Identify levers for growth, cross-selling, upselling, and category expansion.
Analyze sales data, consumer insights, and market trends to recommend actionable plans.
Monitor and optimize inventory, assortment, and stock rotation.
Operational Excellence

Coordinate with internal teams (Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to ensure seamless execution for brand partners.
Ensure proper execution of SOPs across stores for assigned brands.
Work closely with the store teams to ensure high-quality brand representation on the floor.
