Job Responsibilities
Formulate and execute integrated‑marketing strategies:



Develop the company’s global integrated‑marketing strategy and annual marketing plan aligned with corporate overall strategy and business objectives. Leverage CFD and financial‑industry trends, product iteration cycles, and regional‑market characteristics to integrate multi‑channel resources including social media, content, KOLs, events, advertising, and PR. Deliver differentiated, actionable integrated‑marketing solutions and take end‑to‑end ownership of execution performance to drive core KPIs: brand exposure, user acquisition, product conversion, and user retention.
Team management & delivery of business goals: Build, manage, and develop the integrated‑marketing team. Define team objectives, performance metrics, and collaboration frameworks. Allocate projects and human resources rationally, track execution progress and deliverable quality, continuously upgrade team capabilities and operational efficiency, and ensure all marketing targets are delivered on schedule.
