Position Overview

The Quality Analyst is responsible for auditing provider documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.



This role involves reviewing patient charts to verify that all required clinical and administrative information is documented appropriately and that patient records meet established documentation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Audit provider charts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and healthcare documentation standards
Verify that all patient appointment details are accurately documented, including appointment type, date, and provider information
Ensure Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled and documented in accordance with HIPAA and organizational privacy policies
Review and validate documentation of the patient's chief complaint, history, assessment, treatment plan, and follow-up instructions, where applicable
Confirm that current medications, allergies, and other relevant clinical information are accurately recorded in the patient's chart
Identify documentation errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or complianc
