About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and delivering scalable, reliable, high-quality software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex technical environments, enjoys solving challenging problems, and wants to have a meaningful impact on product architecture, engineering standards, and team culture.

You will work across the full SDLCdriving technical decisions, improving system performance, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with product and business teams. While this role still involves significant hands-on coding, it also gives you opportunities to influence architecture, shape best practices, and take ownership of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and services across the full software development lifecycle.
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, following contemporary engineering best practices.
Contribute to architectural discussions,



proposing improvements that enhance reliability, performance, and system design.
Own end-to-end delivery of features and componentsfrom technical design and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
Review code thoughtfully, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with team standards.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including production incidents, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Improve engineering processes and tooling, including CI/CD workflows, testing frameworks, and development standards.
Contribute to system reliability through monitoring, alerting, logging, and performance optimizations.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
