Experience : 5 to 10 years in data science
Programming : Minimum 5 years in Python
Machine Learning/NLP : At least 4 years
LLM & GenAI : Minimum 1.5 years with large language models and generative AI
Database Management : At least 2 years with any database
Cloud Deployment : 1+ years deploying ML models/Python apps on Azure or AWS
LLMOps : Familiarity is a plus
Role And Responsibilities
Leadership : Lead development, deployment, and optimization of ML, NLP, and LLM/GenAI solutions
Pipeline Development : Develop and maintain Python-based ML pipelines; manage associated databases
Model Deployment : Deploy AI models on Azure/AWS, ensuring performance and scalability
Mentorship : Stay updated on ML, NLP, and GenAI advancements; mentor team members
Best Practices : Implement LLMOps best practices for productive model lifecycle management
