Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for LOLO CAB’s transportation services. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting online or phone-based sales presentations, and closing current business with individual and corporate customers. The Sales Specialist will maintain ongoing relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, manage follow-ups, and ensure a high standard of customer service.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies, providing feedback on service offerings, and supporting the onboarding and training of driver and business partners as needed. This position requires consistent use of digital tools and CRM systems to track pipelines, forecast sales, and report performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
