Project Manager (Workplace Technology & Office Buildouts)

Role Summary
Sycomp is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead workplace technology deployment and office build projects supporting large-scale corporate office expansions and workplace transformation initiatives.
This role will manage projects through the complete lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design coordination through procurement, construction, technology deployment, commissioning, operational readiness, and final handover.
The ideal candidate has experience managing office buildouts, workplace technology deployments, corporate real estate projects, or enterprise infrastructure programs and can coordinate multiple stakeholders including architects, contractors, consultants, technology vendors, and workplace teams.
This position requires robust project management, vendor management, construction coordination, and workplace technology implementation experience. Candidates should have a solid understanding of structured cabling, networking, Wi-Fi, AV systems, security technologies,
and workplace infrastructure.
Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of Mumbai or Hyderabad or be willing to relocate.
