Territory:
Delhi NCR | Haryana | Punjab | Rajasthan | Uttar Pradesh | Uttarakhand | Himachal Pradesh | J&K;

The ZBM will be responsible for strengthening existing markets, developing new territories and establishing additional sales HQs across the North zone.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the zonal sales business
• Manage, mentor and develop Regional Managers / field teams
• Drive market development and territory expansion
• Identify and establish new HQs
• Develop strong relationships with doctors, KOLs and key customers
• Drive prescription generation and product adoption
• Monitor sales performance, forecasting and business growth
• Coach the field force and build a high-performance sales cultu
