Job Description
- Lead regional sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability objectives.
- Own regional P&L; performance and drive sustainable business growth across key markets.
- Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline through strategic account planning and recent business development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and procurement leadership.
- Drive enterprise sales engagements across infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, managed services, and digital transformation offerings.
- Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions,



and deal closures for large and complex opportunities.
- Identify and acquire new customers while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solutioning, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Provide sales leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a high-performing regional sales team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, executive forums, and customer engagements.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and business reviews with senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant
- 15 to 22 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
- Proven track record in selling IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cloud, Security, or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Demonstrated success in leading regional sales teams and cons
