Position: Deputy Manager / Manager – Business Development

About the Role

Devyani International Limited (DIL) is looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to support business growth across our brand portfolio. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth initiatives across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to drive growth across DIL’s brand portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, landlords, aggregators, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and expansion opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end business development cycle, including prospect identification, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Track business performance metrics, prepare periodic reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Represent DIL at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate recent opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ideal Experience: Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience for the Deputy Manager role and 7–10 years for the Manager role in business development, sales, key account management, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing key client relationships.
