Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Equity Sales Trader with 7+ years of experience and a strong understanding of Indian equity and financial markets. The candidate should be proficient in trade execution, client acquisition, relationship management, and providing market-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, develop, and manage HNI, retail, and institutional client relationships.
- Execute equity and derivative orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clients with timely market updates, trading ideas, and actionable insights.
- Drive brokerage revenue through active client engagement and trading volumes.
- Monitor market trends, sectors,



and company developments to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with research, operations, and other teams for seamless client servicing.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of equity and derivative markets.
- Hands-on order punching and trade execution experience.
- Excellent client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Robust communication, market analysis, and sales capabilities.
- NISM certification and existing client relationships will be an added advantage.
