Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Conduct market research to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and selling opportunities in the US market .
/n
- Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels to generate qualified meetings.
/n
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting and follow-ups.
/n
- Engage prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and concerns, and qualify opportunities effectively.
/n
- Schedule qualified meetings and create solid handoffs for the sales team.
/n
- Handle initial objections and communicate Volopay's value proposition effectively to generate interest and move prospects toward a product demonstration.
/n
- Capture and share prospect and customer feedback with the sales and management teams to support product and go-to-market improvements.
/n
- Manage leads effectively in the CRM, maintain accurate lead statuses, and ensure pipeline data and reports remain up to date.

- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, SDR, or Outbound Sales , preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.

- US Market Experience: Experience prospecting or selling into the US m
