What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Oral Communications

• 14 to 18 years of experience in Sales Operations, Training, Enablement, Learning Operations, or Scheduling
• 7 to 10 years of people management experience leading multiple teams
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery management skills
• Experience working in global delivery environments

• Account Coverage and Segmentation Management
• Forecasting, Scenario Modelling, and Performan
Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage content operations, LMS administration, onboarding logistics, training delivery, and scheduling activities

• Own SLA performance, operational governance, workforce planning, capacity utilization, and service deliv
