- Ywork.ai is hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our presence across the US and UK construction markets.
- This is a phone-first outbound sales role for someone who is confident with cold calling, enjoys speaking with decision-makers, and knows how to turn cold prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
- Cold calling will be the core of your day. You’ll also use email and LinkedIn to support prospecting and follow-ups.
- You should be comfortable working toward approximately 100 outbound calls and 5 qualified demos per day.

What You’ll Do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects across the US and UK
- Work toward approximately 100 calls and 5 qualified demos per day
- Speak with contractors, business owners, estimators, and other decision-makers
- Introduce Ywork.ai and communicate the value of our AI platform
- Understand prospect challenges and qualify potential opportunities
- Handle objections and initial questions confidently
- Book qualified meetings and product demos
- Follow up through calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in the CRM
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Test and improve scripts, messaging, and outbound approaches
- Work closely with the founde
