About the Role

MyPrivateTutor.net is looking for smart, proactive and commercially minded Customer Support Executives (2) to join our Kolkata office.

This is an entry-level role focused on customer servicing and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

User Engagement & Servicing
- Interact with registered tutors, students and parents to understand their requirements and problems.
- Assist users with registration, profile completion, tuition inquiries, applications and other platform features.
- Follow up with new and inactive users to improve engagement.
- Identify common user problems and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.

Revenue & Conversion
- Understand our membership, subscription and other paid offerings.
- Identify potential users who can be converted into paying customers.
- Follow up with interested users and assist them through the purchase process.
- Work on improving free-to-paid conversion.




- Re-engage expired and inactive paid users.
- Experiment with different offers, messages and follow-up approaches.

Retention & Re-engagement
- Identify inactive users and opportunities to bring them back to the platform.
- Create targeted email, WhatsApp and in-platform communication campaigns.
- Follow up with users who registered but did not complete key actions.
- Re-engage expired members and previous customers.
- Develop different communication strategies for different user segments.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track registrations, active users, inquiries, applications, upgrades, renewals and revenue.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Monitor conversion rates and identify areas requiring improvement.
