As a Customer Success Executive , you will be one of the key points of contact for our customers. You will interact with customers, understand their queries and concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure they have a positive experience with the organisation. You will also represent Young Edsplorer professionally and become an important face of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through calls, messages,



WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. Understand customer concerns and provide clear and appropriate solutions. Follow up with customers whenever required to ensure their concerns are resolved. Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication style. Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication and support. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. Maintain basic records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Represent Young Edsplorer Pvt. Ltd. professionally in every customer interaction.
