Job Description
- Draft and review legal contracts and agreements
- Advise on legal and compliance matters
- Support the team with regulatory requirements
- Help resolve legal issues as they arise
- Work with external legal advisors when needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines
- Provide legal input on business operations
- Maintain accurate legal records
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- LL.B/LL.M
- PQE : 7-10 years of experience
- Experience with legal drafting and compliance
- Knowledge of laws relevant to Technology & Telecoms
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills
