Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage a team, ensuring achievement of individual and group targets.

● Drive revenue growth through patient financing/crowdfunding solutions.

● Develop and maintain solid relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare

partners.

● Monitor team performance, provide training, feedback, and motivation to achieve

business goals.

● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver seamless

customer experience.

● Identify and explore new business opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.

● Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions for patients, donors, and hospital

partners.

Key Requirements

● Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 4–8 years of relevant experience.

● Strong background in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or healthcare

partnerships. ● Proven experience in team handling and achieving revenue/target-driven goals.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

● Understanding of hospital ecosystem/healthcare sector is an added advantage.
