Utility Engineer Factory Engineering Services Job Description Responsibilities/: Operate, inspect, and repair central industrial utilities, such as steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, multi/-stage air compressors, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, and water/effluent treatment plants. Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance/: To avoid production halts, carry out planned daily, weekly, and monthly PM routines, vibration analysis, thermography checks, and emergency breakdown repairs across utility assets. Resource Consumption & Particular Energy Optimisation/: Oversee energy conservation programs and leak detection audits while keeping an eye on and optimising particular consumption metrics for electricity, steam, compressed air, fuel, and water per unit of production.
