About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Create, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form video content for advertising campaigns.
- Develop high-converting ad creatives, captions, and marketing copies for paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing ad creatives and promotional content.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Track campaign budgets and optimize ad spending for maximum return on investment.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta Ads updates, and social media trends.
- Maintain campaign reports, performance dashboards, and marketing documentation.
- Generate creative ideas for promotional campaigns and contribute to brand awareness initiatives through organic and paid content.





Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or any relevant discipline (or final-year students).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to learn paid advertising platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, social media trends, and short-form video content.
- Ability to shoot, edit, and publish engaging Reels using tools such as CapCut, VN Editor, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
