About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and confident Tele callers/Tele counselors to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with us.

Location - Kolkata, West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential leads for franchisee sales.
- Explain our franchise model clearly and convincingly to interested prospects.
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads and coordinate with the Franchise Manager.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.:
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling/telesales will be an added advantage.




- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
