Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure timely closure of books and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and working capital requirements.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement,



and restaurant teams to improve financial performance and cost controls.

Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the Food & Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
