We are looking for a responsible and experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations. The role involves managing the dispatch of approximately 3-4 trucks (22 feet) per day, coordinating with loaders/helpers, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This also requires coordination with Production department to ensure readiness of the material.
- Based in Noida or nearby areas:
- Experience in manufacturing setup
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily dispatch operations for 3-4 trucks (22 ft vehicles)
- Supervise and coordinate a team of loaders and helpers
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents
- Coordinate with warehouse, production,



and transport teams
- Handle on-ground issues related to manpower or logistics

Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations
- Experience handling truck dispatches (preferably 20-22 ft vehicles)
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and documentation
- Strong team handling and coordination skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
