Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business with professional salons and beauty partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promote the Be Bonnie Skilled Hair Care range.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in professional hair care, cosmetics, salon products.:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good network with salons in Eastern Kolkata is an advantage.
