Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR functions is preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Onsite - Thanjavur

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
