Location: Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Gurugram, Haryana, Punjab

Department: Field Sales & Marketing
Shift Time: 10:30 PM To 7:30 PM

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Generate leads, meet potential clients, and convert them into customers.
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.




- Prepare and maintain sales reports, visit records, and customer data.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: 12 th pass or diploma in market related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in building material / hardware / construction product sales.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Positive understanding of the local market and dealer network
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- License: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the region.

Requirements:
Personal conveyance for daily field visits.

Good knowledge of the greater Noida ,Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Delhi ,Haryana, Punjab
