Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure high-quality beverage preparation and service standards for all guests.
- Train and guide bartenders and bar staff on cocktails, beverages, service etiquette, and SOPs.
- Monitor bar inventory and coordinate timely requisitions with the store or purchase team.
- Conduct regular stock checks and minimize wastage, breakage, and pilferage.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained as per FSSAI and company guidelines.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Maintain bar equipment, glassware, displays, and counters in proper condition.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Kitchen team for promotions, beverage pairings, and menu planning.




- Maintain attractive bar presentation and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- Prepare shift schedules and manage staff performance during operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bar operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and current beverage trends.
- Positive leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.
- Well-groomed personality with a customer-service mindset.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
