- The Role
We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive end-to-end program management of strategic initiatives across Swiggy's product streams. This isn't a coordination role - it's a leadership role for someone who owns outcomes.
You'll work directly with product leaders, engineering leads, and business heads to build and execute roadmaps that move the needle on Swiggy's most key goals. You'll manage the full lifecycle: from planning and scoping through to GTM and post-launch impact. And you'll do it as part of a team that is actively reinventing how program management works - using AI to move faster, see further, and make better decisions.
