Implementation & support experience specifically in the area of Audio/Video Conferencing solution & ability to interact with the client teams to understand business requirement which will be both functional and technical. Desire to be hands-on and in the field designing and implementing the Cisco AV solution. An AV expect who can design deploy and migrate & operate the Cisco WebEx Conferencing, MS Teams Conferencing Solutions including collaboration technologies such as, Webcasting, Digital Signages, Teams-Enterprise Voice, IM & Presence & Room Booking Applications
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support And Troubleshooting For Video/Telepresence And Mecm, Performing Root Cause Analysis To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions For Complex Incidents.
2. Develop And Manage A Knowledge Base By Documenting Solutions And Best Practices,
Contributing To Training Programs For New Analysts And Sharing Insights With The Support Team.
3. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operation And Enhance Security Posture.
