Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM), and Finished Goods testing.
- Perform quality checks as per defined sampling plans and process parameters.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration records.
- Support ISO 22000 documentation and quality audits.
- Monitor product quality and resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain traceability records and quality documentation.
- Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) quality trials.
- Perform quality data analysis and prepare quality reports.
- Ensure legal declaration compliance on packaging materials.
- Monitor pest control, allergen control, and contamination prevention.
- Coordinate with Production and cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct process inspections and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure plant hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping standards.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Experience in laboratory testing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality documentation and audit compliance.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
