Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (22 Months):
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day electrical construction activities at the project site.:
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.:
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.:
- Witness testing and commissioning activities of electrical systems and equipment.:
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation.:
- Coordinate with the Independent Engineer, client, contractor, and other stakeholders on technical and project-related matters.:
- Identify construction issues and support timely resolution to avoid project delays.:
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, statutory regulations,



and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.:
- Assist in preparing progress reports, site observations, and technical documentation.:
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.:
Experience:
- Minimum3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or execution ofEHV/HV substations, transmission, or power infrastructure projects.:
- Experience inAIS/GIS substation projects will be preferred.:
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning activities is desirable.:
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of electrical construction practices and quality standards.:
- Familiarity with relevant Indian Standards and electrical safety regulations.:
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.:
- Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.:
- Proficiency in MS Office.:
