Job Description - Social Media

Looking for a Social Media executive with a knack for content creation, sharp visual eye and hands-on design skills to create engaging Instagram-first content, understand algorithms, and support day-to-day publishing and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities
- Create on-brand visuals and short-form travel content for Instagram (posts, reels, stories) using platform-native best practices.
- Own and maintain a content calendar.
- Track weekly metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and flag what’s working based on algorithm-friendly formats.
- Repurpose content for Facebook and WhatsApp broadcasts/catalogues.
- Support community management with timely replies to comments/DMs and basic moderation.
- Conduct creative research: trend scanning, references, and competitor content boards.

Must-have skills
- Strong grasp of Instagram formats, trends, and algorithm-friendly content patterns.
- Good visual/design sense with understanding of layout, color, and hierarchy.
- Graphic design ability and brand consistency awareness.




- Knack for content creation (concepts, hooks, captions) and basic copy.
- Software: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Good to have
- knowledge of Facebook and WhatsApp marketing formats (pages, groups, broadcasts).
- Understanding of Meta and WhatsApp ads fundamentals (objectives, creatives, targeting).
