Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept design to final execution.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into creative, functional design solutions.
- Prepare and review concept designs, layouts, working drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and design deliverables.
- Supervise junior architects and designers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and procurement teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement practical solutions to ensure timely completion.
