Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students about our qualified certification and skill development courses.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable programs.
- Promote and sell academic services, including Research Paper Writing, Thesis & Dissertation Support, Editing & Proofreading, Plagiarism Checking, Research Methodology, and Data Analysis.
- Follow up with potential customers until successful conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to manage incoming leads.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
