What we are looking for:
- A PhD in Chemistry or related fields (Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering)



with an excellent research background and a solid understanding of the current research landscape in physical chemistry.
- 2+ years of post-PhD work experience (Post-doctoral, Academic, Publishing) is required. International experience is highly desirable.
- Subject matter expertise in physical chemistry with preference in energy, catalysis, and surface science.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a flexible and innovative approach to problems and a focus on defining and achieving outcomes.
- Ability to work in a collaborative setting and achieve results through personal influence and engagement.
- A self-motivated, diplomatic, and flexible approach with outstanding organizational, efficiency, and time management skills and an excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- Keen interest in science and science communication and a strong desire to advocate for innovations in publishing and open research.
