Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and educational groups.
- Promote and sell the company's Educational ERP solutions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers, including Principals, Directors, Registrars, Management, and Trustees.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations in coordination with the Pre-Sales/Demo team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Negotiate commercial proposals and successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth project handovers.




- Represent the company at educational events, seminars, exhibitions, and conferences whenever required.

Required Skills:
- 4-8 years of experience in Educational ERP, EdTech, SaaS, education services, or institutional sales.
- Strong network and relationships within schools, colleges, universities, or educational organizations will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Prior experience selling to educational institutions is mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
