About the Role

Labkafe is looking for a hands-on Furniture Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations at our furniture manufacturing factory in Sankrail, Howrah. The role sits at the centre of logistics, documentation, vendor management, and dispatch — keeping goods, paperwork, and payments moving smoothly across the plant. It is well suited to an organised, detail-oriented person who enjoys coordinating people and processes on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the logistics coordinator for the furniture division — planning and tracking the movement of raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods from production through to dispatch.
- Prepare, maintain, and circulate all MIS sheets, trackers, and operational documentation, keeping records accurate and up to date for daily and monthly management review.
- Manage vendors and third-party service providers — onboarding, negotiating rates, tracking performance, and ensuring timely supply of materials and services.
- Check and verify all vendor bills against purchase orders and delivery records,



and ensure accurate, timely entries in the system (ERP / inventory / accounting).
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with the production and warehouse team — planning loads, vehicles, and routes to meet delivery commitments.
- Prepare and manage dispatch paperwork, including invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans, in line with statutory and internal requirements.
- Monitor key operational metrics — on-time dispatch, order accuracy, inventory levels, and pending bills — and flag issues proactively.
- Support inventory control, stock reconciliation, and material planning at the factory.
- Liaise with the sales, production, and accounts teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and keep orders on track.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / Logistics / Supply Chain or a related field preferred).
