Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Travel Allowances + High-Yield Project Incentives

We deliver high-end, turnkey acoustic solutions for premium commercial spaces, corporate offices, auditoriums, cinema halls, educational institutions, and luxury home theaters. We source state-of-the-art materials (including sustainable acoustic boards, PET panels, and specialized MLVs) to deliver world-class sound isolation and treatment.

As we scale to the next level, we are looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development Executive to own the B2B/B2C pipeline, build networks, and turn high-value inbound leads into successful project closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Actively follow up, pitch,



and nurture high-value inbound leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns (including corporate offices, schools, and auditoriums).
- B2B Networking: Build and maintain active relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, General Contractors, and Audio-Visual (AV) Integrators to plug Dhwanik into upcoming projects.
- Site Surveys & Client Consulting: Coordinate and conduct in office visits to understand acoustic requirements, present product catalogs, and explain solutions to clients.
- Coordination & Sourcing: Work closely with the founder and our manufacturing/import partners to arrange samples, finalize quotes, and track project timelines.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in architectural products, commercial furniture, premium lighting, glass partitions, flooring, or modular fittings. *(Experience with acoustics is a plus, but not mandatory—we will train you).*
- Excellent Communicator: Confident, persuasiv
